I am a frequent visitor to Most Time Zone Locations in Mumbai. I have not been to this Head Office, but my complaint is related to Time Zone's Customer Service which I suspect is run by a very in-efficient Call Center who don't give a damn about follow up emails. I have written several emails about various issues related to specific Time Zone Locations as well as issues that apply to all Time Zone locations. Their customer service will issue a case no and then send a followup email saying that the issue has been resolved and the case is closed. I have written back with repeated reminders enquiring about the actions taken... and not to close the case till I get some feedback. Absolutely no response. I have even requested to talk to the concerned person at TimeZone. No response. They just don't care. In the event someone responsible from Time Zone is reading this review... refer to CASE-214862 to be able to directly communicate with me on these issues.Read More

I just visited at time zone at xperia,the whole thing was good even time zone staff were good, What happened I was not knowing the rules regarding bowling I just asked staff regarding bowling then he said that it's gonna 500rs in that you will get 425 and we were 2 of them which were interested for bowling and the rate of bowling was 250 ..so I just asked staff regarding is it possible to you to give me more balance,if you want you can charge me ,but I was not aware of the rules ,and sudden time zone manager came in front of me and was speaking very rude to me and saying that if you want to take the voucher take it otherwise don't stand we have another customer who are waiting in line but there was not a single person behind me ,and the manager name is Hemant godhe which I took the name from co-operated staff ,I think you should change the manager because manager is only speaking so rude with customers then how can we trust timezone,all the managers of timezone are rude?? After i asked staff abt mail id of timezone again manager Hemant godhe came and was saying if you want to put review you can put I do also have the access to put the review agaisnt you ,he was really not aware of the customer ,and Hemant godhe manager of timzone in xperia he was really not aware of customer ,very bad and disappointed to me ,bad service..I suggest don't go at timezone because he took me lightly ,he might taking lightly to other customers also ,I recommend don't go bad serviceRead More
