Just love the experience !! Everything is super perfect. It doesn't matter if my son is playing alone or with 20 kids. He enjoys it loads. I just xant stop talking about the food or the quality! Its amazing. The staff is better than any other place we have gone. The care ladies in the play area take such good care of my son and play with him. The location is awesome. #Haus Khas Main road. The staff behaviour is good. The manager also give complementary 10 minutes, because my kid was cry and want to try more. Awesome decor by partypies by Sameer ji. All ppl really enjoyed seeeing beautiful decor and of course Sameer ji' s magic show which stole the party. He guided everything well and would request management to appoint him as Manager In charge for all party event. Kindly refrain from going to playhouse , within 5 mins into play my daughters leg was stuck in net. There was no one to help there. We had to rush inside when another baby had to come and tell me your daughter is stuck. The entire team was standing without any help. Aryan and team are least cooperative. Aryan especially asked me not put a review. What a shame in the kids area we had to worry about kids safety. We specifically asked there is a private party shall we take our kids. They told maam it’s completely ok. I feel this is completely unfair if you can’t take of the kids. Then what is the point of allowing more kids. We brought our child to this venue to play in the play area. The staff informed us that a private party is going on at the venue. We thought that this meant that we couldn’t use the play area. But they said that they play area was still open on the condition that “only children could go inside.” When we dropped off our child inside, they said that they couldn’t serve us any food and we wouldn’t be able to use the waiting area. They set up a table in the corner for us. My opinion is that by allowing private parties and the play area to operate at the same time, the management is being unfair both to the people who pay to reserve the venue and to the people who bring their child to the play area. They ought to close off the venue is there is a party or be ready to provide full service to those who walk in.
