My experiences at Mannat Haveli in Rohtak were thoroughly enjoyable. It's a very clean restaurant with a spacious, impressive ambiance. The parathas are an absolute musttry, especially with the unlimited butter and that amazing red chutney. While the Shahi Paneer was a bit disappointing and could use some work, the service really stands outthe staff is polite, attentive, and even served an offmenu suji halwa upon request. I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered aloo tikki and tea, but the aloo tikki was served with dahi (curd) by default. When I asked the staff how I’m supposed to eat dahi with tea, they simply said they can’t do anything about it and that I either have to eat it like that or waste it. The bigger issue is that nowhere in the menu is it mentioned how the dish is served or that it comes with dahi. If customers are not informed beforehand, the staff should at least be flexible when someone asks for a simple change. Unfortunately, the staff was not cooperative at all and showed no interest in helping or resolving the situation. A small request could have easily been handled better. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. Worst food experience. Check the difference of Sambhar, and waiter said one is freshly cooked but it’s half cooked Atmosphere is smelling no matter how much fresher they use, what you can expect from this location. Excellent 👍 I would also like to highlight one of the best parts of our visit. We had just concluded an official meeting at MSME Rohtak, and our group visited Mannat Haveli for lunch. Since almost the entire restaurant was occupied, we were expecting a long wait and hoped to be seated inside the main dining hall. To our pleasant surprise, the captain attended to us within just a few minutes and made special arrangements for a table inside the main hall. His prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our request made a significant difference to our overall experience. Please convey our appreciation to the captain and the entire team for their excellent hospitality and customer-focused approach.
