For Restaurant Week India, Project Grain presents a 3-course menu that complements its considered approach to drinks, bringing the same attention to technique and craft to the dining experience.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
