It was nice and amazing experience... Butt not all the games are working... The trampoline part was fun and exciting...but when it comes to games we were just left disappointed...we were 4 people and 2 kids it costed 7000rs...staff was nice and helpful... We had an amazing time at PUNO Jaipur! The trampoline park and gaming zone are full of exciting activities, and the atmosphere is energetic and fun. We especially enjoyed playing bowling, which was the highlight of our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It's a perfect place to visit with friends or family for a day full of fun, laughter, and adventure. We made some great memories and can't wait to come back again. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I had a very disappointing experience at Puno Adventures Club, particularly regarding staff behavior and child safety. I took my daughter there, and despite having time remaining in her session, a staff member named Upendra repeatedly tried to make her leave the play area before her allotted time was over. When I informed him that we still had time left and asked why he had scolded my child and told her to get out, he was rude and dismissive towards me as well. Instead of resolving the situation, his behavior further wasted our remaining play time. What concerned me even more was what happened afterward. While my daughter continued playing, Upendra called over another male staff member, and the two of them repeatedly pointed toward my daughter and me while talking amongst themselves. Their behavior was noticeable and made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable, intimidated, and scared. No child should have to experience that kind of treatment during what is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable outing. I was also concerned to see that after 9 PM there appeared to be no female staff members present, which raised additional safety concerns for me as a parent. When I reported the incident to the manager, the response felt casual and dismissive rather than professional or concerned. The only positive aspect of the experience was the front desk staff, who listened carefully, acknowledged the issue, and handled the situation with understanding and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to parents who prioritize child safety, respectful staff behavior, and a welcoming environment for children. Unfortunately, my daughter was genuinely frightened by the incident, which turned what should have been a fun visit into a very upsetting experience.Read More
