Terms and conditions

Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. Customers must bring a valid photo ID, such as Aadhaar, driving license, or passport, and the credit/debit card used for purchase/RSVP. Customers must be 21+ years old to enter the event and dress appropriately. The venue is not liable for ticket refunds if entry is declined, and non-attended events will not be refunded. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen property, injury, or losses sustained at the event. Tickets cannot be exchanged, and resale is strictly prohibited. The ticket is valid only for the specified show, and entry will be refused once the show has started. The event artist lineup is subject to change, and the venue reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event at its sole discretion.

• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Goa.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Venue rules apply.
