Terms and Conditions for Rang Rass: The Dandiya Night

Entry Requirements:

1. Entry is strictly by wristband only. Tampered wristbands will not be allowed.
2. All attendees must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to facilitate seamless entry.
3. Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks at the entry point. Anyone found violating rules may be denied entry or asked to leave, despite holding a valid ticket, without any refund.

Prohibitions:

1. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within the event premises.
2. No outside food or drinks are allowed, including professional cameras, recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, and cigarettes.
3. Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Ticketing:

1. Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. An internet handling fee per ticket may be applied. Please verify the total amount before making the payment.

Facilities and Safety:

1. Do not purchase tickets if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
2. There is no storage facility available at the event.
3. Parking near or at the venue is at the vehicle owner's risk. The organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the parking premises.

Liability:

1. Organizers, or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, or losses incurred during the event.
2. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed within the venue by guests.

General Rules:

1. No stag entry is allowed except for the chief guest and special invitees.
2. Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
3. In case the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizer is not responsible for a full refund—only half will be refunded.

Changes to Terms:

1. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of the organizer.
