General Instructions:

Gates will open at 4:45 PM. Please arrive on time to enjoy all the activities.

Entry is allowed only with a valid entry pass/registration confirmation.

Keep your entry pass with you throughout the event.

Outside food and drinks will not be allowed. Food & drink stalls will be available inside.

Smoking, alcohol, and harmful items are strictly prohibited.

Fashion Show (Kids with Moms):

Reporting time for participants: 3:30 PM sharp.

Each participant must register at the help desk before the event starts.

Participants should bring their own costumes/dresses as per the theme.

Parents are requested to ensure their children are ready on time.

Stalls & Activities:

Food & Drink Stalls – Open from 5:00 PM onwards.

Game Stalls – Tokens can be purchased at the ticket counter.

Art & Craft Stalls – Open for kids and families. Handmade items will also be available for sale.

Cultural Programme – Starts at 6:30 PM on the main stage.

DJ Night – Begins at 7:00 PM to close the celebration with dance and music.

Safety & Security:

Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.

Kindly take care of your personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss.
