* Respect the festival spirit & vibe – ethnic or traditional attire only.

* Rangtaari is a family-friendly event. Please respect fellow attendees and celebrate responsibly.

* Entry wristbands are compulsory. Kindly collect yours at the entry point.

Entry Instructions:

1. Tickets:

  * Keep your E-Ticket or physical passes ready for scanning at the entrance.

  * Carry valid ID proof for verification.

2. Entry Gates:

  * Follow signage to designated entry gates as per your ticket category (General or FAN PIT).

  * Gates open at 05:00 PM. Arrive early to avoid queues.

3. Bag Check:

  * All bags will be checked at security for prohibited items (see list below).

  * Bring only essentials to speed up the process.

On-Site Information:

1. Parking:

  * Parking is available at the venue, at your own risk. (Charges may apply).

2. Help Desks:

  * Located near the entrance and across the venue.

  * Lost & Found services are available at these desks.

3. Food & Beverages:

  * Wide variety of food stalls serving traditional & contemporary options.

  * Water stations are available throughout the venue (charges may apply).

4. First Aid:

  * First aid stations located at the help desks.

  * Event staff will assist you in locating them if required.

5. Prohibited Items:

  * Outside food & beverages, alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, fireworks, weapons.

  * Professional cameras, tripods, and drones are not allowed without prior approval.

6. Lost or Damaged Items:

  * Organisers are not responsible for lost/damaged belongings.

  * Keep your items safe at all times.

Safety Guidelines:

1. Emergency Exits:

  * Familiarise yourself with the nearest exits on arrival.

  * Follow staff instructions in case of emergency.

2. Weather:

  * Rangtaari 2025 is an outdoor event. Be prepared for changing conditions.

  * Organisers are not responsible for any meteorological conditions during the event.

Dandiya Sticks:

* Available for purchase at the venue.

Departure Instructions:

1. End of Event:

  * Scheduled to end by 10:00 PM.

  * Follow staff & signage for safe exit and to avoid overcrowding.

2. Transport:

  * Arrange for safe transportation home.

  * Public transport will be available outside the venue.
