Terms and Conditions to participate in the event:

1. Age Requirement: All participants must be 15- 60 years of age.
2. Registration: Each team must register and pay the registration fee of Rs. 20000/- for early bird till 30 June 2023 and Rs. 25000 after the offer validity, in full before the registration closing date. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. The registration fee includes the cost of all clues and activities as well as dinner and drinks at the end of the hunt.
3. Team Size: Each team must consist of 10 participants. No team can have fewer or more players.
4. Event Duration: The event starts at 7 am sharp and has to end at 6 pm at the treasure location.
5. Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver and assume all risks associated with the event.
6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow a code of conduct that includes respecting other teams, refraining from cheating, and adhering to all event rules and instructions.
7. Safety: Participants are responsible for their safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers.
8. Equipment: Participants must bring their equipment, such as maps, the participation kit, cars/ bikes, drinking water, snacks, and other necessary items as the organizers require.
9. Prohibited Items: Participants are not permitted from bringing mobile phones, laptops, credit/ debit cards, cash, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal or hazardous items.
10. Disqualification: Teams may be disqualified for violating any of the terms and conditions or for engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify the team before or between the game.
11. Prize Eligibility: Only eligible teams who complete the event by all rules and instructions are eligible for any prizes or rewards.
12. Clues: Clues will be handed over to the team only when all 10 players reach our teams at the next clue location. Only the first team with all 10 players reaching the hidden treasure venue is eligible for the ultimate cash prize.
13. Party: All the teams are eligible for a dinner party at the pre-decided location by the organizers including all the losing teams.
14. Refunds and Transferability: No refund will be processed in any circumstances. The player’s registration can be transferred in case of unavailability of the registered player.
