Is there an age restriction for the event?

This is an all-ages festival. Guests of all ages are welcome to attend. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian aged 18 years or above. An adult who is not the minor’s parent or legal guardian must be authorised by them. When buying a minor’s ticket, the purchaser will be asked to confirm that they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or the authorised adult accompanying the minor, and minors must stay with their accompanying adult at all times. Children under 7 do not need a ticket but must enter with an accompanying adult who has a valid ticket, and will receive an identification band at entry with the accompanying adult’s contact number; guests aged 7 and above need a ticket. All guests, including minors, must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar or passport). Minors are not permitted at bars or in areas restricted to guests of legal drinking age, including the HSBC Starstruck Lounge and the Loud Club, and tickets for those categories may only be bought for guests of legal drinking age. Yes, limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The attendee hereby agree and acknowledge that organiser / District shall not be responsible for any loss to any belonging in the vehicle or to the vehicle.

No, tickets once purchased are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

What is the “Pay 50% and reserve”?

It’s a convenient option that lets you reserve your event tickets and add-ons (if any) by paying 50% of the total value at checkout. Users can pay the remaining balance by 11:59 PM, 20th November 2026 or within 45 days from the date of reserving the tickets, whichever is earlier.

What if I miss on my pending payment under the “Pay 50% and reserve”? Is my 50% reservation cost refundable?

Accepted Answer

No, the reservation cost is non-refundable. If the balance isn’t paid by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and the 50% amount already paid will be forfeited.

Under what circumstances is my 50% reservation amount refundable under “Pay 50% and reserve”?

The cost is refundable only if the event is postponed or cancelled.

Will I get my confirmed tickets and add-on when I pay the 50% reservation amount?

No, you will receive the confirmed tickets  only when the entire payment has been successfully completed.

What are the different ticket categories?

There are four different ticket categories at Rolling Loud - GA, Airtel Postpaid Advantage, VIP and HSBC Starstruck Lounge.

What is the difference between GA and AIRTEL POSTPAID ADVANTAGE?

AIRTEL POSTPAID ADVANTAGE ticketholders will get additional services such as - dedicated lanes at the bar, dedicated washrooms and Airtel Postpaid consumers will also get access to an Airtel Postpaid Fastlane.

I have a VIP ticket, am I allowed to go into other areas such as GA and HSBC Starstruck VIP?

VIP ticket holders have access to all GA Festival areas. However the HSBC Starstruck Lounge is only accessible by those that have purchased a HSBC Starstruck Lounge ticket.

Can one buy multiple ticket categories?

Yes, you will be able to add multiple ticket categories to your cart.

Will I be able to exchange my ticket for a different category?

Yes, tickets once purchased will be eligible for upgrades to a different category in-app, subject to availability and applicable charges.

When will the festival gates open?

Festival gates will open at 2:00 PM on each day. Ticket buyers will be notified of changes, if any, via emails, messages and District’s official Instagram handle.

How will I know my payment is confirmed?

What happens if my transaction fails, or is incomplete?

Persons with Disabilities (“PWD”) shall have access to designated viewing decks and areas specifically identified and made available for their use at the general admission, general admission plus, VIP and VIP+ category only. Access of PWD to other zones of the Event shall be subject to the applicable access restrictions and shall be limited to such areas as may be permitted by the Organiser. PWD shall have access to their designated viewing areas and the utilities and facilities specifically provided for their use.  For clarity, HSBC Starstuck Lounge does not have PWD decks.

No, pets are not allowed at the venue during this show. However, we look forward to meeting your pets at one of our other pet friendly events!

Go-pros, flip cams and non-professional cameras are allowed in the festival. Professional cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, drones, selfie sticks, tripods and audio recording devices are strictly not allowed in the festival.

You are not allowed to bring laptops, external hard drives, or portable charging devices; large backpacks or bags with multiple pockets; sharp objects of any kind, such as blades, knives, scissors, weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains, or sharp jewellery; laser pens or pocket lasers; flammable items, gimbals including lighters, sky lanterns, fireworks, and flares; narcotics or banned substances; markers, pens, or spray paint; food and beverages from establishments outside of the premises; and sealed & unsealed cigarette packets or any kind of smoking device, including vapes, aerosol products/cans/sunblocks, air horns or noise makers, baby strollers, bicycles, skates, scooters or skateboards, chairs or coolers, any promotional items such as flyers, samples or giveaways, hula hoops, laser pointers, body armour, full face coverings, walkie talkies, tarps, stuffed animals or inflatables.  Please keep in mind that your belongings will be searched before entering the venue. Admission to the venue may be denied, and customers may be ejected from the venue without entitlement to a refund of the admission fee.

Except for hospitality tables, none of the ticket categories offer seating. Though, there is community seating at the F&B zones across the festival.

What is the Refund Guarantee Fee?

Refund Guarantee Fee allows you to cancel eligible tickets up to 10 days till 11:59pm on 1st December 2026 (“Cutoff Date”) and receive a refund of the ticket value net of discounts availed, ticket handling fees, delivery charges and convenience fee back to your source account. Refund option is only available for customers who have paid the Refund Guarantee Fee at the time of booking the tickets. Refund Guarantee Fee is non-refundable (except in case of event cancellation). Further, it is hereby clarified that convenience fees, ticket handling fees, discount and delivery charges / fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the refund guarantee benefit is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per user per show.

How do I opt in for the 'Refund on Cancellation' feature'?

Accepted Answer

Simply select the Refund on Cancellation' option on your cart page before completing your purchase. A Refund Guarantee Fee will be added to the total amount of your ticket. If you cancel till Cutoff Date, you are eligible to receive a refund of the ticket value (net of discounts availed, ticket handling fees, delivery charges and convenience fee) back to your source account. Please note: discounts, convenience fees, delivery charges applicable taxes and other ancillary and incidental expenses (including stay and travel costs) are not included in the refund. Customers opting for ‘Pay 50% and Reserve’ shall not be eligible to opt for Refund on Cancellation feature.

No. We understand that plans can change. You're free to cancel till Cutoff Date, no explanation required.

What if I forget to select the Refund Guarantee Fee during checkout? Can I add it later?

Unfortunately, no. The Refund Guarantee Fee must be selected at the time of purchasing your tickets. It can't be added once your booking has been completed.

After purchasing my ticket and adding the Refund Guarantee Fee, when can I avail this feature?

You must submit your cancellation request by Cutoff Date to be eligible for a refund under the Refund Guarantee feature.

What if I only want to cancel some tickets from my booking, and not the entire order?

Accepted Answer

All tickets within a booking are treated as a single transaction. Partial cancellations are not permitted. If you've booked multiple tickets under one booking, you won't be able to cancel or refund individual tickets. Any refund (where applicable) will only be processed if the entire booking is cancelled.
