ROOTED is an immersive, harvest-season coffee experience inside a working estate in Coorg—the coffee capital of India, designed for anyone who wants to understand coffee beyond the cup.

This guided tour takes you through the real journey of coffee — from hand-plucking ripe cherries on the plantation, to understanding sun-drying and processing, and finally brewing fresh coffee using traditional and manual methods.

As you cover the lush green plantations and rolling estate paths, you’ll learn how to identify the right cherries to pick, see how freshly harvested coffee is dried and handled, and understand how each step influences flavour. The experience ends with a hands-on brewing session, where you grind and brew coffee using human-powered and manual brewing methods, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the estate.

There’s no rush, no machines doing the work for you — just time, technique, and a deeper connection to where coffee comes from, set against one of the most scenic coffee-growing regions in the country.

This experience runs only during the harvest season and is conducted in small batches to keep it personal, immersive, and hands-on.
