Will tickets be available for sale on any other platform?

No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on the District application or website. We strongly recommend that you don’t purchase tickets via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets.  The organizer reserves the sole right to invalidate any ticket that has been purchased from unauthorized channels including third party websites, resold tickets, tickets transferred for commercial gain, duplicated, altered, or otherwise tampered with.

Will food & beverages be available at the venue?

Food & beverages will be available for purchase at the venue. All food & beverage purchases must be made via cash/card only, since this is a phone-free event and digital payment methods will not be accessible.

What does ‘phone-free event’ mean?

Accepted Answer

It means no texting, photos, or recordings during the show. When you arrive, your phone (and any smart devices) will be locked in a secure YONDR pouch that you’ll keep with you throughout the event.

Can I use my phone at all during the event?

Not in the main show area. But if you need to access your phone, head to one of the designated phone-use zones where staff can unlock your pouch.

Do I need to hand over my device to the event organisers?

Nope! Your phone stays with you in the pouch at all times.

What if someone tries to use their phone during the show?

If anyone is caught using a device, they’ll be asked to leave. If the secure pouch is damaged, attendee will need to cover the cost of replacement.

Unfortunately not. Phones will be sealed, and professional cameras or video equipment aren’t allowed either.

Will I be permitted to refill my food and drinks during the show?

Accepted Answer

All food and drinks services will be completely closed during the show. You will be able to access these centres before and after the show.

What happens if my transaction fails, or is incomplete?

Failed or incomplete transactions will be automatically refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 working days. In case of concerns, please reach out to events@district.in.

Are handbags and backpacks allowed in the venue?

Backpacks are not allowed. Small single compartment bags like sling bags, handbags, tote bags etc are allowed. Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are prohibited, this includes hydration packs as well. Please avoid carrying large backpacks due to space constraints and general comfort throughout the show.

Are city shifts or event shifts allowed?

No, city shifts or shifting of events are not allowed. Tickets are only valid for the city selected for the selected event at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to another city or another event at the same city.

This service allows users to reserve their tickets by paying 50% of the value at checkout. Users can pay the remainder balance by the due date mentioned at the time of your reservation completion .

What if I miss on my pending payment under the “Pay 50% and Reserve”? Is my 50% reservation cost refundable?

No, the reservation cost is non-refundable. Payment of tickets will be automatically forfeited if the user fails to complete the final payment.

Will I get my confirmed tickets and add-on when I pay the 50% reservation amount?

No, you will receive the confirmation only when the entire payment has been successfully completed.

What is Physical Band?

“Physical Band” shall be the band which allows the attendees entry in the form of tickets. The attendees will ensure to carry and wear the Physical Band that permits admission/entry to one person only. Access to the event will be via scanning at the turnstiles or via hand scanners of the Physical Band that will be delivered (if tickets are purchased prior to 11:59 PM, 12th January, 2027 to each attendee by the organiser or if not delivered the customers may collect the Physical Band from the box-office at the event venue. Physical Bands will not be delivered to the attendees who have purchased tickets after the Cut-Off Date such attendees shall be responsible to pick up the tickets from the event's venue.

Do I need a Physical Band to enter the venue for purchases made on District?

Yes, a Physical band is mandatory to enter the event venue.

Question 29

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Accepted Answer

You can update your delivery address through the app. Go to Profile > Event Tickets, select your booking, scroll to Home Delivery Address, and edit the details before 4th February 2027.
Please note that this option is available only for a limited period. Once home delivery has begun, address changes will no longer be possible.

What if I’ve already received my Physical Band and then decide to cancel?

If your Physical Band have already been delivered and you cancel your ticket, the Physical Band will be invalid and you won’t be granted entry to the event. If you attempt to attend using those wristbands, access will be denied.
