Sansmilan, a cultural platform, aims to showcase the rich culture, traditions, and trends of different regions for cross-cultural understanding, and to manifest Bihar ' s essence, a cultural festival will spotlight Bihar’s history and heritage in Delhi. Bihar, India ' s third most populous state, boasts a deep-rooted history dating back to the Indo & Aryan culture. It played a pivotal role in developing Vedic literature, with regions like Ang, Magadh, and Mithila influencing Vedic culture significantly. Notable figures like King Janak, Jarasandh, Chandragupta Maurya, and Ashoka have marked Bihar’s historical landscape.

The theme of this festival is cross cultural understanding of Bihar Essence Where in Culture, trend and traditions of Bihar state can be experienced through cultural corridor, artistic performances, cuisines, Talk Show & award ceremony.
