3) No late entries will be allowed. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the programme.

4) When attending a programme at the G5A Warehouse, attendees agree to be photographed, videographed, or recorded for promotional use by organisers through both print and electronic media channels.

5) Please note that the information in the schedule is subject to change in case of unforeseen events.

6) We request you to bring warm clothes, as it gets chilly inside the black box due to temperature control requirements for technical purposes.

7) Food, beverages, and water are strictly prohibited inside the black box. Please do not carry them in your bags either.

8) Students must present a valid college ID at the box office. If a student ID card cannot be presented, the regular pass price of INR 250 will apply. This category of pass is only valid for students aged 21 and below.
