Suvarna Agrawal is a psychologist and mental health educator trained at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, with a background in designing and facilitating reflective, research-based programs for over half a decade. Her work focuses on well-being, stigma, mindfulness, and using creative tools like expressive arts for self-exploration. She runs Kinaara – Your Shore in the Sea of Thoughts, a mental health initiative that curates workshops, journals, and quirky self-care resources. Suvarna’s sessions are known for being warm, engaging, and refreshingly real—blending psychology with everyday metaphors and a touch of humour.
