Shinjini Kulkarni

Shinjini Kulkarni is a distinguished Kathak dancer of the ninth generation of the Kalka–Bindadin lineage. Born into a family steeped in classical dance, she began training at the age of five under the guidance of her grandfather, the legendary Kathak maestro Pt. Birju Maharaj. She is also the Ganda Bandh Shagird of Pt. Jai Kishan Maharaj. Years of rigorous training have refined her practice, imbuing it with clarity, control, and emotional depth.
