Shweta Mohan is a renowned Indian playback singer known for her work across Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada cinema, along with a few Hindi projects. Trained in Carnatic music from the age of nine, she began her career as a child singer in A.R. Rahman’s compositions like Kuchi Kuchi Rakkamma (Bombay) and Accham Accham Illai (Indira). Shweta Mohan has carved her own path, collaborating with top composers such as Ilayaraja, A.R. Rahman, Vidyasagar, and Anirudh Ravichander. With five Filmfare Awards South, a Kerala State Film Award, and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award, she is celebrated as one of South Indian cinema’s leading voices.
