

Class Details:
Building strength becomes more essential as we age, helping the body be stronger, do the movements you need to better and faster, protect joints and overall age slower. In this class with CALFUNC, methods of calisthenics and functional training will be combined for strength training. The beginners level sessions focus on 10 fundamental movements that one must master.
Class Flow:
1. Warm Up: 10 Mins
2. Skill: 8-10 Mins
3. Main Workout: 20-25 Mins
4. Cool-down: 10 Mins
Other things to keep in mind:
1. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can settle in. Once the session starts, we will not be able to allow you in to avoid disturbance for everyone else. We strictly adhere to this rule.
2. Wear comfortable clothes and don't forget to bring sports shoes.
