·  The Festival Pass price is inclusive of all relevant taxes.

·  Each Festival Pass is valid only for one person only and entitles the holder entry to festival area on the specified days of the festival. This Festival Pass entitles the holder to the music concerts, opted-in activities and experiences, and meals mentioned on the Festival Pass, for the date(s) that the Festival Pass has been purchased for.

·  The Festival Pass includes accommodation as mentioned on the Pass purchased by you. The details of accommodation shall be shared on the registered email id.

·  The Festival Pass does not include transportation and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that ground transport will not be provided to and from hotels for attendees.

·  Accompanying children upto the age of 12 have FREE entry to the festival. This is applicable for one child with one adult/ one paid festival pass only, provided it is possible to accommodate the child in the same room as the Adult. Rooms have a limit of accommodating maximum 3 persons.

·  Rooms allotted could have either twin sharing beds or queen size beds. We will not be able to entertain preferences on this.

·  If a triple sharing room is booked, an extra bed will be provided.

·  The walks and visits, talks, craft sessions, music DIY sessions conducted through the festival have limited capacity and hence have to be opted-in for by the attendee.

·  The event schedule and the performers are subject to change.

·  No partial or full refunds will be offered if case any activity, experience or concert has to be unfortunately cancelled due to unsuitable weather, or any other event beyond our control.

·  Enjoy your alcoholic drinks responsibly. Those who appear to be drinking excessively or in inebriated state may be removed from the festival site. The festival management’s decision will be final on this.

·  The entire festival area is a primarily no-smoking zone. Smoking is permitted only is designated Smoking Zones.

·  Persons found to have entered the festival illegally will be reported to the police and will be put under the care of local police officials. The person will also be charged for compensation.

·  Please respect local customs and local traditions. While the local residents are warm and friendly, do not indulge in intrusive behaviour that can cause annoyance. Kindly seek permissions before click pictures or videos of individuals and private spaces.

·  Consumption of drugs is prohibited at the festival. Anyone found in indulging in the same will be removed from the festival site. The festival management’s decision will be final on this.

·  Glass bottles, cans, fireworks, firearms, explosives, alcohol and any illegal substances are not allowed into the festival site.

·  Sound recording using equipment or video recording using professional equipment is prohibited.

· Obstructing the view of others while in clicking/recording is not permitted.

· You Festival Pass entitles you to 2 Dinner, 2 Breakfasts and one Lunch.

· Lunch and Dinner will be served in Food Zone in the Festival area. A delicious spread of authentic Rajasthani food will be served. It may not be possible to cater to specific dietary requirements like gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc.

· Breakfast will be a standard buffet served by the hotel where you will stay.

· Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

· In case any attendee has to be removed from the festival area due to causing disturbance or violation of any of the festival rules, Festival Pass will not be refunded.

· Agreement to the festival rules is needed to purchase Festival Pass. Please be sure to read and confirm all rules and regulations listed on the official website before purchasing Festival Passes. Please note that purchase of festival pass shall be deemed as agreement to all rules and regulations of the festival.
