I recently visited SkyJumper Trampoline Park, and to be very honest, the experience was really very disappointing. For me, the way staff treat customers matters more than anything else and unfortunately, that’s exactly where this place failed. Right from the beginning, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. My friends and I were getting side glances at the reception, which we initially chose to ignore but little did we know there was much more to come. There are multiple activities available like trampoline, laser tag, etc., but the overall management felt very disorganized. One of the most frustrating parts was when they simply handed us socks and casually told us to go and play laser tag without any explanation or assistance. There was absolutely no one there to guide us on the equipment or even initiate the activity. It was honestly confusing and disappointing. Thankfully, this wasn’t our first time playing laser tag, so we knew that you can’t just start without proper assistance or instructions. But the fact that the staff at the counter could just send us off like that felt extremely careless and unprofessional for real! We had to keep walking around and approaching different staff members just to get basic clarity, which became quite frustrating. At one point, it even felt awkward and slightly embarrassing to keep asking for help and still not receive clear guidance , something you really don’t expect at a place like this. Despite there being enough staff around, no one seemed interested in actually helping customers. It felt like they were either confused themselves or simply didn’t care enough to assist. I will still be sharing photos below so you can get a clear idea of the place. And since I was there with my friends, I made sure not to let this ruin my time completely but the experience definitely wasn’t worth it! Considering this outlet is located in a well-known place like Amanora mall, the overall experience was very disappointing. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch. If you’re planning to visit, I’d suggest considering another trampoline park in Pune instead.Read More

We hosted my son’s birthday party at Sky Jumper, and the entire event was perfectly managed. The staff took incredible care of the kids, ensuring everyone stayed safe and had fun. The food was delicious, and the children absolutely loved every moment. We chose the 2-hour package, which gave the kids 1 hour of high-energy jump time followed by an hour for refreshments and cake cutting. It was a stress-free and wonderful experience!Read More

Huge space for kids and adults to enjoy trampoline. They have plan for 30 min and 1 hr. You can get the plan in multiple of 30 min. Many parents plan for birthday also now a days. They have a space to cut the cake and red joy meal. Perfect place to enjoy without any hassle.Read More

The staff clearly lacks in empathy, our kid was 3yr old amd their policy is parents not allowed unless you pay full charges to enter in arena. We asked if staff will take care of our child the answer was “we can’t give personal attention.” In the entire arena there were only 2 staff members, 1 using phone and other member was in corner. Most of the area was left unattended and small kids were left on their own. It’s completely unsafe for children below 5yrs as staff won’t pay attention and parents are only allowed if you pay extra. We had to pay after 20mins as we felt our kid isn’t safe. Manager of this place needs to work a lot.Read More
