We celebrated a birthday party at Sky Jumper today and it was a fantastic experience. The kids had an amazing time with lots of jumping, games, and safe supervision. The staff was very cooperative, polite, and well-managed, making sure everything ran smoothly. The party area was clean, activities were well-organized, and the children stayed engaged throughout. It was okay. Wanted to buy tickets online but would not accept an international credit card or travel card. Wouldn't match the online price in store. The staff could of been more interactive with the kids to show them certain tricks and things to do with the wall etc. There was plenty of staff. Facilities were clean.Read More

I visited this place with my sister, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The icy water was leaking, and water was spread all over the area. When we jumped into the foam pit and used the trampoline, everything was completely wet, and our clothes got soaked. It made the experience very uncomfortable and disappointing. The management should improve maintenance and fix the leakage issues to ensure a better experience for visitors.Read More

Expected a safe and supervised environment for kids, but the experience was quite the opposite. The staff seemed more interested in enjoying the trampoline park themselves rather than monitoring the children. My kid faced repeated bullying from other kids, and unfortunately no one from the team stepped in to handle the situation. Safety and emotional well-being of children should be the top priority at such places.Read More
