I am writing to lodge a formal complaint and request a thorough review of the CCTV footage from the 13th, specifically between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. My child came out crying that day. When I purchased the membership package at the front desk, I was told we could visit every single day. Trusting that promise, I bought it, but I am now deeply disappointed and appalled by how we were treated. We visited during a quiet, off-peak hour, so the facility was not busy. Since we visit almost daily, I know that the staff here are usually attentive and play sincerely with children who come alone. However, on that day, despite the quiet environment, the staff completely neglected my child and were busy chatting, laughing, and fooling around among themselves. According to my child, they wanted to go on the rope ride. My child asked for help multiple times, but the staff members were so preoccupied with talking among themselves that they either didn't hear or deliberately ignored the requests. When a staff member finally gave a push once, my child asked for another turn. **The staff member then pushed my child excessively hard while explicitly saying, "You, hurry up and drop." In fact, I witnessed this specific moment with my own eyes. I personally felt that the staff member pushed such a young child far too violently while saying that.** Feeling completely intimidated, my child couldn't ask again and only got to ride it once. (My child did note that the male staff members usually play well with the kids, so the issue was specifically with the female staff member on duty.) Furthermore, instead of engaging with the children, this female staff member followed my child around the facility, constantly nagging them. Later, when my child was sitting down to rest, a male and a female staff member approached them. When my child simply asked "Why?", the staff members repeatedly responded with "What?" in a highly aggressive and confrontational manner. As a manager, I believe you need to oversee your staff much more strictly. There must be a proper environment where children feel safe and have a voice when they face such unfair and hostile treatment. I do not want to judge the entire situation solely based on my child's account, which is why I am requesting that you review the CCTV footage for that specific hour. **You will easily be able to see the part where the staff member aggressively pushed my child while telling them to "hurry up and drop," as I saw it myself.** We purchased a one-month package under the impression that we could come daily, but we have only used it twice because of this incident. Under these circumstances, I would like to request a full refund for the remaining balance. Please review the footage and contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.Read More
