The trampolines within the facility are meticulously maintained, and dedicated staff members are consistently present to ensure proper supervision; however, it is imperative to note that younger children require heightened vigilance to mitigate potential safety risks and prevent injuries. Upon entry, guests are issued color-coded wristbands. At the conclusion of each session, staff members make announcements based on these wristband colors to facilitate an orderly transition. The elevated cafe area is characterized by its cleanliness and spacious seating arrangements. Additionally, generously sized rooms are available for hosting children's birthday celebrations. It is an indoor amusement park located near Guru Ravidass Chowk in Bootan Mandi, Jalandhar. The park primarily consists of trampolines. Apart from that there is a foam pit, slider, single obstacle and Laser Tag. First floor has waiting area with plenty of seating. There is a cafeteria to keep you occupied while waiting. There is also a party hall for hosting parties. Limited parking space is available and finding a spot becomes difficult specially during weekends and rush hours.Read More

Get ready to pickup the tube back and forth doesn’t matter if you have 5 kids they don’t assist you even if the crew is sitting outside gossip and chill. Tube is quiet heavy a 8-9 year old kid cant lift the tube and they expect the kids to lift the tube and walk up the stairs. We came here a year ago service was top notch even they had staff to play with kids.Read More

I would not recommend this facility to families with children under 4 years old. The policies felt excessively rigid and out of step with what you would expect from a business that primarily serves children. Instead of feeling welcoming, the environment came across as restrictive and inflexible toward younger kids. For parents of toddlers, this creates an uncomfortable experience rather than a supportive one. Notably, the facility was largely empty during our visit (as shown in the attached photo), which made the strict limitations feel even more unreasonable. There is clearly an opportunity in the community for a similar facility that takes a more inclusive and family-friendly approach toward younger children.Read More

My experience at SkyJumper Trampoline Park Jalandhar was very disappointing. The ACs were not working properly, making the environment extremely uncomfortable and suffocating. The staff behavior was unprofessional and they spoke very rudely to customers. The service was slow, and even after repeated requests, no proper response was given. Cleanliness and maintenance were also not up to the mark. Considering the ticket price, the facilities provided were very poor. Safety management for kids also did not seem reliable. The food quality was average and overpriced. Overall, it was not worth the money at all, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience.Read More
