Turning the floor into a studio!

The art of noticing is why sketching and doodling have stayed with me for so long. This Sunday, we’re not here to draw “well”—we’re here to really see. We’ll sit with a still life, take our time with it, and try to notice what’s actually in front of us—light, shadow, shape, and the small details we usually miss. Use pencils, crayons, or even craft paper to respond to what you see. Stay with it a little longer than you would to take a photograph.
