

For the first time, Nutcase opens its doors in daylight as Zuru Zuru makes their Kolkata debut with an array of ramens, hot bowls and their signature cold ramen.
Chef Navika Kapoor and Chef Hitein bring Japanese ramen and Izakaya bites to the bar. Rooted in their Indian identity, the menu runs through Zuru Zuru’s classics alongside creative explorations in-between.
Presented as a four-course tasting with a cocktail pairing, this is a seated lunch experience across two days, with two rotations each day.
