1. Event Dates: 5th & 6th November 2025 at all Smaaash centers across India.

2. Entry: Only with valid pre-booked ticket; one ticket per person, per slot.

3. Slot Time: ₹99 ticket valid for 45 minutes of non-premium gameplay.

4. Arrival: Reach at least 15 minutes before slot time; late entry forfeited.

5. ID Proof: Government photo ID and age proof may be required.

6. Children:

• Below 7 years – free entry (one per adult).

• 8 years & above – ticket mandatory.

7. Gameplay Limits: Max 2 bowling frames & 1 cricket over per person.

8. F&B: ₹99 per item; valid for same slot only. No outside food/drinks allowed.

9. Alcohol: Served as per law; valid ID required; not allowed outside bar area.

10. Behavior: Follow staff instructions; disorderly conduct = removal without refund.

11. Refund Policy: No cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

12. Risk: Smaaash not liable for injury or loss.

13. Recording Consent: Entry implies consent to photography/video for promotions.

14. Security: Bag checks & entry refusal rights reserved.

15. Force Majeure: Event may be altered or canceled due to unforeseen conditions.

16. Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to Mumbai courts only.
