1) The temperature inside a snowstorm is -10 degrees Celsius. You will be spending 45 minutes inside. 

2) A coffee shop is available inside the snow park. We recommend carrying some cash to enjoy coffee, tea, soup, or light snacks during your visit.

3) Photographers are available to capture your memorable moments inside the snowstorm. You can view and purchase photos from the first floor, for which you have to pay separately. 

4) Mobiles and Cameras are not recommended inside the -10 degrees Celsius. If you wish, you can take them inside at your own risk. 

Important instructions: 

1) Snow is slippery in nature. Please do not run inside and watch each of your footsteps. 

2) Do not throw snow on each other's faces, and make sure snow does not go inside the boots and gloves, as the ice will melt and your dress may get wet. 

3) While walking on a wooden bridge, do not jump or try to shake the bridge.

4) Do not remove your gum boots, jackets and gloves inside the snow or in the antechamber

5) In case you feel any physical disturbance like a headache, vomiting, breathing problem, or if you

need any assistance, please contact our crew members inside. "CREW" is written on the navy

blue jackets to identify them easily. 

6) A First Aid Facility is available.

7) Re-entry is not permitted with the same ticket.
