Poorly managed, unprofessional behavior, jackets clothes were dirty and torned , gloves were very bad smell . Of you kids less than 3 years old they don’t have proper jackets. It was soooo damn cold like your hands and feet will freeze. But totally worth the experience you can have in a city like Delhi and Noida. It has so many elements in not so large area though, like ice skating area, igloo, snowman, yeti, slides, sleigh, snow storm. Great place to experience Snow in Winters in NCR. But I felt 1k per person ticket is slightly costly looking into its remote location in almost one corner of an empty mall which is under construction. They should reduce the ticket price a couple of hundred bucks n add few more adventure activities as they have a lot of empty space in between the snow hall.. so giving 1 less star due to the above reasons.. otherwise a very nice experience overallRead More
