The ACIW Charity Shopping Mela is the city’s most meaningful women-led fundraiser, bringing together purpose, creativity, culture and community under one festive roof at The Trident, BKC. Curated by the American Club of International Women (ACIW), this annual showcase features a powerful blend of artisan brands, social enterprises, NGOs, gourmet food creators, wellness experts and immersive experiences that support local talent while raising funds for grassroots causes.

Visitors can explore an exquisitely curated marketplace of apparels, jewellery, handcrafted bags, home decor, wellness essentials, gourmet treats and festive gifting. Featured participants include Shazé, Charak & Moha, RangTitlee, Esske, Cultivated Comfort, Organzza, Advaita Heirloom Crafts, Pause Cafe, Khajano and many socially conscious foundations such as reCharkha, Women’s India Trust, YODA, The Akanksha Foundation, Goonj and Karmann.

This year’s Mela also spotlights the work of community-driven NGOs who champion skill building, artisan crafts, sustainability and livelihood creation across India. Attendees will have the rare chance to shop directly from creators, entrepreneurs and collectives whose handmade work carries both aesthetic beauty and social significance.

Along with shopping, the Mela offers a full day of interactive cultural and festive experiences, including children’s creative workshops like Christmas Jar workshop, Letters to Santa, cookie decorating, and a holiday puppet show with a special visit from Santa Claus! Guests can also enjoy tarot readings, a mocktail bar, raffles with exciting prizes and The Bombay Book Project, creating a warm and welcoming day out for families, expats and Mumbai locals. OOH also enjoy a complimentaryglass of wine from Frizzano Sparkling Wine!

This initiative supports ACIW’s fundraising mission for the year, which includes menstrual health access through the JVS program in Mankhurd, pediatric cancer patient support, animal rescue and rehabilitation and disability inclusion through skill development programs.
