Note : Entry is free for children aged 5 and below; however, it does not guarantee a separate seat. Please purchase a Fan Pit ticket if a dedicated seat is required.

1. Event Start: Opening musical acts &/or entertainment begins, between/after 7:00 to 7:30pm will include Chenda Melam and DJ act

2. Main Act: Sooraj Santhosh will perform the final act, lasting 90 minutes after 8:30pm

3. Arrival Recommendation: We recommend that you arrive a little earlier to the venue for a seamless entry.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. Tickets are final and 100% non-refundable.

5. Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.

6. Ticket Protection: It is the customer’s responsibility to protect their tickets from loss, theft, or destruction. We do not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets and does not issue refunds for them.This applies to both electronic and printed tickets.

7. In case of theft or duplication of an electronic ticket (e.g., via hacked email or shared email address), and if the ticket is used before the customer enters the event, the customer will be denied entry. No refund will be issued in this scenario.

8. Entry Requirements- Identity Verification: Ticket holders must show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection of entry tags.

9. Prohibited Items: Narcotic/illegal substances are strictly not allowed. Guests found in possession or using such items will not be permitted entry.

10. No Storage Facilities: Guests are advised not to carry bags, helmets, and other belongings, as storage places will not be provided.

11. Event Conduct - Category Jumping: If you are found or caught jumping categories by the security, security cameras, or organiser, the organiser has the right to claim a fine or file a legal case.

12. Assumption of Risk: The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.

13. Organiser Rights - The organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

14. The organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any opening performers and/or vary advertised programs, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

15. The organiser reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

16. Privacy and Data Protection: Data Protection: The information collected from those registering with the organizer for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy.
