

The Yin Yoga and Journaling workshop is an invitation to arrive in 2026 gently with softness in the body and honesty on the page. Through stillness, breath and reflective writing, we create space to close one chapter and open another with intention, compassion and quite confidence.
Through breath work, Yoga and journaling practice, we create a safe space to connect deeper and invoke positivity.

Guided Yin Yoga practice

Journaling & intention setting

Light refreshments for grounding and gently closing the practice
