Participate in all Women Sound Bath Workshop this 'Women's Day'
A sound bath meditation is an immersive, ancient wellness practice that uses the vibrations and frequencies of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bamboo rainsticks, etc., to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Participants are "bathed" in sound waves, which may help shift brainwave activity from a normal waking state to more relaxed states like alpha and theta waves, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
Workshops typically involve lying comfortably on a mat or cushion while a practitioner plays various instruments. The sounds and vibrations wash over the body
Benefits:
Release of tension, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving sleep quality; enhanced mental clarity and focus; pain relief and physical healing; and emotional release.
Unlike traditional meditation, which often requires focus on breath or a mantra, the sound itself guides the experience.
