Space Jump Trampoline Park is an awesome place for people of all ages. It is perfect for kids, friends, and families to enjoy and have lots of fun together. The trampolines and activities make the experience exciting and entertaining for everyone. However, the only drawback is that the ticket prices are quite costly, which makes it difficult for some people to visit frequently.Read More

Wonderful gaming zone for all age groups. Wide range of options for various exciting digital and obstical course games. Very enjoyable place. However, accessibility is little bit challenging from eastern or northern part of Kolkata.Read More

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. There was a birthday party going on, but the entire facility had not been booked exclusively. Despite this, we were asked to leave the area while we were simply watching the children enjoy the activities. If the intention is to prevent non-invitees from being present, then the management should reserve the entire space for private events instead of inconveniencing other customers who have every right to be there. The worst part of the experience was the attitude of the staff. The receptionist was shockingly rude and lacked even basic courtesy. When I approached to discuss something related to the games,he did not bother to listen, did not even look at me, and immediately responded with a dismissive "Nahi ho payega." Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management and training standards of the establishment. It appears that customer service and professionalism are not priorities here. Paying customers deserve to be treated with respect, not spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner. What should have been an enjoyable visit turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this place, especially if they expect basic courtesy and fair treatment.Read More
