Rising to fame with Magic Touch (1985), which topped Billboard’s jazz chart for a record 51 weeks, he blended technical brilliance with warmth and musical depth. A Princeton-trained musician, Jordan has performed in over 60 countries, collaborated with icons like Dizzy Gillespie and Quincy Jones, and earned multiple Grammy nominations, continually pushing boundaries across genres, technology, and live performance.
