We recently celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Starbabies Playzone, Mira Road, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive throughout the event. The play area was clean, safe, and so much fun for kids of all ages—our little guests didn’t want to leave! The entire princess theme birthday setup was beautifully arranged, and the team made sure everything ran smoothly, right from decorations to the cake-cutting and games. Visited Star Babies with my daughter and 2 nephew's and it was a very playful and learning experience for them. The staff is helpful. They even have a good collection of soft toys, puzzles, baby clothes and also their is a cafeteria where the food is OK. Definitely be coming back with my daughter.Read More

Visited StarBabies Play Arena and felt the pricing policy could be more transparent. Weekday rates are mentioned as ₹550 and weekends/holidays ₹650, but today weekend pricing was applied for Shivaji Jayanti without any clearly displayed holiday list. The concern isn’t the extra amount. it’s about clarity for parents planning visits. A visible calendar of peak days or holidays at the entrance would make the experience feel more fair and professional. Hoping management considers clearer communication going forward. whole play arena was empty 😒 but still they wanted to charge 650/- best of luck.Read More

I wish I could have given them 0 star rating Before sale customer service was good After sale you have to follow up on your own I brought stuff worth 10,000 from this store yesterday The stroller was assembled by the staff inside the store as they have no delivery options and no staff to come home and assemble it and if you take the delivery option you have to pay for it. Today I went to change the breast pump as it was not working they informed it cannot be returned or exchanged. I mean what a service for the very next day. Please do not visit this store.Read More
