1. Rooftop Venue: The event will be held on a 3rd-floor rooftop with no elevator access. Please ensure you’re comfortable with stair access.

2. Weather Conditions: Telescopic observation of the Sun is subject to clear skies and low moisture levels. In case of unfavorable conditions, the observational portion may be delayed or adapted.

3. Sun Protection Advisory: As this is a daytime event under direct sunlight, participants are advised to carry an umbrella, wear caps or hats, and apply sunscreen to prevent sunburn and heat discomfort.
