5.30 A.M. : BBD.Bag 8 strand road Kolkata - 700001 ( If you are coming by Ola / Uber Cab ....type "The Calcutta Swimming Club, Stand Road." As you reach to Calcutta Swimming Club, you will find Indian Oil Petrol Pump.

6.00 A.M. :Departure from Kolkata by A/c bus for Godkhali (Breakfast to be served at bus)

BREAKFAST MENU: APPLE ONE PCS, BANANA ONE PCS,BOILED EGG,VEG SANDWICH,

6:30 A.M : Pickup point from OPPOSITE SCIENCE CITY PC CHANDRA JEWELLERS GRADEN GATE NO

8:30A.M. : Bus will stop at Malancha for washroom and tea OR coffee for 15 minutes

10:30 A.M: Arrival at Godkhali the gateway of sunderban 2 minutes walking distance to jetty to board the ship ,

 11:00 A.M. : Ship will start cruising sharp at 11:00am cruising ,Cross Gosaba , River Durgadoani and River Gumti cutting through the World’s largest mangrove delta entering into the interiors of the Sundarbans, a UNESCO World Heritage absorbing the first rendezvous with the diverse ecology after cruising over river for 02 hour.

1:00 P.M : Arrival at WBTDC Matla Tourism Property WBTDC, Sajnekhali in the forest (The only property in the forest ) check in at rooms as per the booking

2:00 P.M: Lunch Buffet will be served at the property

4:00P.M. : Visit Sajhnekhali ,watch tower inside the forest crocodile breeding centre inside Sajhnekhali

9:00PM TO 10:00PM : Dinner at our property

6:00 AM: Bed tea at our property

 7.30 AM : Breakfast at our property

8.00 PM : After breakfast we will start boarding the boat for watch tower , Sudhanyakhali and Dobanki Tiger Project . tea/Biscuits will be served onboard during journey

2.00pm : Lunch on the boat

5.00 PM : Arrive Tourism property by 5pm

6:00 AM : Bed tea at our property

 7.30 AM : Breakfast at our property

8.00 AM : After breakfast. tea/Biscuits

9.00AM : we will start For Godkhali

11.00AM : Richet at Godkhali to kolkata

11:30 AM : Start from Kolkata for Godkhali (Lunch on the way at Malancha)

LUNCH MENU:

BASMATI RICE , FISH CURRY,DAL,POTATO FRY,CHUTNEY , PAPAD, SWEET

4:00PM : Arrival at Kolkata

CANCELLATION OF SUNDARBAN PACKAGE TOURS

·        15 Days & before excluding the date journey – 40 % upon Package rate.

·        Between 15 days & 7 days excluding the date of journey – 60 % upon Package rate

·        Less than 7 days – No Refund.

COUTION:

1.   Don’t do out side with food in hand.

2.   Room Door must be closed every time.

3.   Drinking and smoking not allow insider the forest.

Including package :

1.   Staying room to and fro journey,

2.   Food and Snacks

3.   Forest entry fee

Excluding package :

1. Camera Charge.

2. Not Mention above.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

·        During the course of the package the decision of the Tour Conducting Officer would be final.

·        It is compulsory for each tourists to provide & carry a valid Photo ID card like passport/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card. (Passport and Visa for Foreigner Tourist). Provision of valid ID of each is also mandatory while booking/when asked for before the tour for obtaining forest permit

·        The timings are estimated and are likely to vary depending upon tidal / road condition etc.

·        In case of foreign tourists/ NRIs holding foreign passport, Rs 4000 /-(2N 3D) to be paid extra as permit charges from Forest Department

·        The rate includes transportation, specific accommodation ), Spot visit permit, food & sight-seeing. The package rate does not include Camera Charges.

·        Children of 3 years & above would be charged full.

·        Itinerary may be changed/altered or may be deleted due to exigency & unavoidable circumstances.

·        Please note Sundarbans is a “NO PLASTIC ZONE”. Please do not carry plastic material or throw plastic wastes into the river.

·        Use proper waste disposal system.
