The dynamic chef duo from one of Asia’s finest Michelin star restaurants is here to make you experience the most mouth-watering dishes of Thailand.


Bo.Lan is the creation of Duangporn Songvisava and Dylan Jones. Their cooking draws inspiration from Thailand’s fiery street food, traditional home-cooked meals, as well as its more royal palace-style cuisine. Their constant focus on maintaining a zero carbon-footprint and sourcing only the best organic ingredients have also helped Duangporn earn the title of Asia’s Best Female Chef.
