Reminder:

- Wear something which allows easy movement.

- Get a separate pair of footwear to wear inside the studio.

- Ladies, if you are not comfortable with heels, any thin sole shoes or socks will do. Carry an extra pair of socks, and stay comfortable.

- Bring along your water and towel for your comfort.

- Kindly reach 10 mins prior to the workshop time so we can stick to the time frame.
