The Actor’s Arena is designed for intermediate actors looking to enhance their skill set and level up in their craft. The workshop designed by Vidushi Mehra comes with an expertly crafted toolkit for actors focusing on Authenticity and Body Language, Text Interpretation and Breath. 

Over a span of three days, the sessions are divided to elevate rudimentary acting skills to seasoned professionals. The participants will work with monologues, incorporate the tools of breathing techniques and text interpretation and delve deeper into authentic physicality and the essence of acting. Mehra’s expertise as an actor comes with converting what’s on the page to the stage. Participants can expect a highly specialized, interactive and insightful session!
