Muddie Trails provides real offbeat experiences for the travellers like trekking, adventure activities, camping in tents, bonfire, barbecue, visiting exploring and experiencing the unknown but awesome destinations that are not crowded with tourists.
They do not take travellers to a tourist place unless it is required as a 'filler' in the itinerary between two offbeat places. Travellers are requested to refrain from asking the organizers to take them to ABC temple or XYZ church. The itinerary is already decided and posted based on their offbeat theme. The organizer will only change the itinerary if any place cannot be visited because of unpredictable reasons. If you have a wish list of tourist places to tick off in your mind, then probably Muddie Trails is not for you and hence they kindy request you to not register.

Day 0 - Friday night
Start from Bangalore at 9 PM Friday night (4 pick up spots - Tin Factory, Indiranagar 100 ft Road, Koramangala Sony World signal, Goraguntepalya Metro station)
Day 1 - Saturday
Reach Pondy, Check-in to the villa, freshen up, breakfast, ride out to Auroville & take individual entry pass for Sunday, visit Science center & Planetarium of Pondy (This is optional based on time taken at Auroville above), have liesurely lunch, ride out to Serenity beach, enjoy the amazing view of the beach, take a dip & spend a lot of time, head back to villa & freshen up, visit the glittering and happening Sea side Promenade (also called Rock beach) late in the evening, try out a lot of street food there & head back to hotel. Day 2 - Sunday
Start the day early, breakfast, visit Auroville Global meditation center, have lunch, ride out to Paradise island and walk barefoot on the beach (take another dip if you wish to), drive to Bakers Street (famous for it's Rum/cheese cakes) and shop at the adjacent market, head back to villa, dinner & Christmas party overnight! Day 3 - Monday (Christmas day)
Start the day late, breakfast, visit French colony or a famous Church or Osteri lake (only one out of these places - will be decided by Organizer),

Travel by tempo traveler or mini-bus
3 Days & 2 Nights stay at our modern villa with refrigerators, AC for all 5 bedrooms etc among many other facilities
3 hot & delicious breakfasts (South Indian) cooked by our maid family at our kitchen.

A lot of entertainment that you will remember for a long time

Lunch, Dinner & and any other miscellaneous expenses (like drinks) that are not mentioned in inclusions above.

Full charge mobiles with power banks - to take lot of selfies!
Selfie stick or DSLR if you are interested - the mountains & the lake are extremely beautiful.

Important: Polythene covers to put used/wet clothes
An extra polythene cover to dispose of your trash during trek - this is important, as Muddie Trails has a no littering policy
Carry a little bit of cash - not too much.
Don't carry expensive items
A photo ID card xerox- like Aadhar and driving license
A lightweight backpack, lightweight clothes for the little humid climate out there & comfortable shoes/sandals - anything is fine as they don't have any trek to do.
Carry your jerkin - it can get cold at night as it might rain
A bluetooth speaker, pen-drive with some music

Nobody shall deviate from trek path led by organizers/guide. During the meetup, Muddie Trails is not responsible in case of any injuries or animal attacks or reptile bites.
Expect the unexpected in case of wild forests like the sudden closing of trek path by govt./forest department (because of wild animal sighting/ landslide/ some crime), in which case they may have to cancel the trek (This is very rare and has never happened till now). In this case, the organizer will plan for an alternate trek/trip. If this is not possible, then Muddie Trails will refund the remaining amount of removing the travel cost.

Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other.
Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, religion and race.
Using foul or abusive language or arguing with fellow travellers/ organizer will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the travel group.

In order to visit Auroville Global meditation center, one needs to take entry pass on Saturday morning only. Entry inside meditation center called "Matrimandir" is not guaranteed for everyone by Auroville Ashram. It depends on individuals luck. Every individual has to take his/her entry pass in person a day before. That's why we planned it on Saturday morning.
Expect traffic/congestion everywhere (Bangalore & Pondy) as it's a long Christmas weekend & hence be patient while traveling and visiting places!
Muddie Trails is NOT a tour operator. Our itinerary is flexible. Organizer may choose to switch/re-arrange parts of itinerary based on need. Please co-operate with organizer & other travelers.
