About the Event

The Calm Mind Method (Kanda Spanda) is a 10-hour in-person weekend intensive designed for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals experiencing mental exhaustion, stress, or emotional burnout.


This powerful method combines 8 guided psychosomatic techniques rooted in breathwork, body awareness, and ancient meditative wisdom — refined to work with the modern nervous system.

Each practice is experiential, trauma-sensitive, and immediately applicable in everyday life. You’ll walk away with tools that can be used anytime to regulate your mind, body, and emotional energy.

🌿 Before You Arrive

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Avoid tight or restrictive outfits.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore new methods of self-awareness.

Avoid heavy meals just before the session to stay light and alert.

Bring a light shawl or wrap, in case you feel cool during deep relaxation.

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and begin on time.

Maintain silence and personal space during practices unless instructed otherwise.

Refrain from using mobile phones or smartwatches during sessions. Keep them on silent or switched off.

Do not interrupt the facilitator or other participants while a session is in progress.

Respect the group energy — refrain from judgment, side conversations, or distracting movements.
