The Game Palacio is located off Linking Road in Bandra West and is easy to reach. This place is a complete entertainment package with arcade games, a full-size bowling alley, a well-designed bar and multiple seating options. The space is huge and every corner has been thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to spend a few hours with family or friends. The menu serves a wide variety of multi-cuisine dishes. The prices are reasonable for the overall experience and the portions served are satisfying. Went here for dinner and had a great time. Captain Syrus and Staff Denis were attentive throughout the meal and ensured everything was served on time. What We Had - APPETISERS~ Asada Chicken Taquitos. 4/5 Wild Funghi Flat Bread. 5/5 Prawn Tempura Sushi. 5/5 MAINS~ Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. 5/5 Truffle Edamame Fried Rice. 4/5 DESSERT~ Traditional Cheese Cake. 5/5 BEVERAGES~ The Sun Downer. 5/5 The Upside Down. 5/5 Overall, The Game Palacio is an outstanding place for family outings, team get-togethers or even a unique date night. Really nice place to visit for a game or for family/friends/office outings. Very nice decor and feels premium. I could see this a perfect place for date or birthday celebration or team activity. There are cover charges on weekend evenings. Other days bowling is cheap before 4pm and after 10 pm. I would definitely go there again. I will ask the place to buy big size shoes for bowling, every time my friend played without shoes without shoes size wasn’t available.Read More

⭐ The Game Palacio – Bandra West We visited The Game Palacio, located at Krystal Building, below Hakkasan, Bandra West, and it’s an amazing eat-drink-play destination. This place is famous for its bowling lanes, arcade & gaming activities, along with a stylish restaurant and bar. We tried their refreshing mocktails – The Upside Down and The Sun Downer, both were really well balanced and refreshing. For food, we had Prawns & Avocado Salad, Scallion Flat Noodles, Mexican Chilli Garlic Prawns, and Tofu Chaat – everything was flavourful and well presented. We ended with the Berry Bliss dessert, which was a perfect sweet finish. The ambience is lively, fun, and perfect for hanging out with friends or celebrating. ⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience at Game Palacio Bandra. We booked a table for 8 people on a Saturday night by paying an advance amount through their PR, Jay, who assured us that we would get a bowling lane at 10:30 PM and specifically asked us to arrive accordingly. We reached at 10:35 PM—just 5 minutes late—and despite informing him and paying in advance, he told us that our lane had already been given away and that they could no longer assure us anything. This completely ruined our plans. The worst part was that Jay made promises just to sell us the table and then failed to honor any of his commitments. We were willing to wait and stayed until closing time, but nobody followed up with us regarding bowling or provided any proper resolution. There was also no prior communication that table service was restricted to bottle purchases only. After spending nearly ₹25,000, we were given a cramped table under the staircase where our heads were literally touching the stairs. Only after repeatedly requesting the manager and PR were we allowed to order beers and cocktails. To make matters worse, a service charge of nearly ₹3,000 was added to the bill and was not removed despite multiple requests. We were incorrectly told it was mandatory, which is not in line with current government guidelines regarding service charges. The venue also shut around 1:10 AM despite being told it would remain open until at least 1:30 AM. Overall, terrible customer service, false commitments, poor management, and a complete waste of a Saturday night. There are far better places in Bandra to spend your money. Game Palacio should be your last choice.Read More
