The Provenance Dinner: Panjab in Summer is a curated, multi-course dining experience that traces the culinary landscape of undivided Punjab through its regions — Majha, Doaba, Potohar, and Malwa.
The menu is rooted in heritage and seasonality, with a contemporary lens, and will be presented as a narrative-led evening featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian courses.
Each course follows a region. Each region carries its own story — shaped by river, soil, land, and the way the people in these regions had their own ingredients, their own logic, their own relationship with the season.
The evening is guided by food historian and archaeologist, Dr. Kurush Dalal in collaboration with journalist and brand lead, Ikk Panjab, Vernika Awal, whose research into the culinary history of the subcontinent brings both rigour and warmth to the table.
