What is the science of happiness? most of us find happiness through materialized objects and our loved once. The happiness we seek through them never fulfilled. When we buy something new or find a new love through someone will bring lot of happiness initially. Over a period the happiness would become numb with the object/person. However, when we have lost them that would bring a deep sorrow in us, an emotional pain. We take time to suppress the sorrow feeling.

And after some days/months we will again find happiness through a new object or a new person. This is a never ending cycling process. Because we don't know what makes us happy eternally. The eternal or real happiness emerg within us. We will be discussing and understanding how to make this possible and make haven on the earth.
