1. Ticket Policy

  * Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances, except in case of full event cancellation by the organizer.

  * An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

  * No refund will be possible if the artist performs partially, the event is postponed, relocated, or there are weather-related adjustments.

  * Black marketing, unlawful resale, or attempted resale of a ticket is strictly prohibited by law and will lead to seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.

2. Entry Regulations

  * Your valid wristband will be your ticket; entry without it will not be allowed. Cut, stretched, or tampered wristbands will be rejected.

  * Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

  * Traditional dress is mandatory for all attendees. Anyone not wearing traditional attire will not be allowed on the ground.

  * Entry will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or carrying prohibited items.

  * Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid ticket holders, and the organizer’s decision is final.

3. Security & Prohibited Items

  * All attendees must comply with security checks and cooperate with security personnel.

  * Organizers reserve the right to search persons suspected of carrying offensive, dangerous, or illegal items.

  * Strictly prohibited inside the venue: handbags, oversized backpacks, plastic bottles, outside eatables, liquor, drugs, arms/ammunition, and any item considered a threat to public safety.

  * No storage facility will be available at the venue. Small purses/wallets are allowed.

4. Safety & Conduct

  * Consumption or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  * Organizers reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any individual violating rules, without refund.

  * Please do not purchase tickets if you are unwell.

  * Wearing masks and following social distancing norms may be mandatory as per government guidelines.

5. Venue & Parking

  * Parking is strictly at the vehicle owner’s risk. Organizers will not be responsible for theft or damage.

  * Do not park vehicles on public roads to avoid traffic disruption. Use designated parking areas only.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

  * In unavoidable circumstances (e.g., rain, bad weather, safety issues), the event may be postponed, relocated, or moved indoors without refund. Tickets will remain valid for the new date/venue.

  * No refunds will be issued for postponed events, venue changes, or weather-related adjustments.

7. Liability

  * Organizers, their agents, employees, and partners will not be responsible for injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred at or due to the event. Attendees are advised to carry only necessary items and safeguard belongings.

8. Media & Recording Rights

  * By attending, you grant the organizers and partners the right to use, in perpetuity, your image, voice, or likeness captured in photographs, videos, or recordings for any media, publicity, or promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Jurisdiction

  * Any disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction courts only.

10. General

  * Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event for smooth entry.

  * These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer without prior notice.
