TheySee brings together Indian maximalism and international influences through the distinct perspectives of founders Niharika Gollapalli, Darshan Ramchandani and Chef Suryansh Singh Kanwar. Drawing on more than 200 ideas shaped by experiences in celebrity kitchens, IPL hotels and the Lamakaan canteen, its approach to food moves beyond a single cuisine. The space reflects the same eclectic spirit, with Telugu-script matchboxes, Raja Ravi Varma-inspired artwork and a private room behind red glass.

For Restaurant Week India, TheySee presents a 3-course menu shaped by the founders’ diverse food memories and influences, offering a glimpse into its unconventional approach to Indian and international flavours.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
