Before You Arrive

- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the workshop to ensure a smooth check-in and setup.

- Parking is not available inside the venue. We recommend using cabs, autos, or nearby parking areas along Road No. 8.

- Carry your ticket confirmation (digital or printed) for quick entry.

- Entry for workshops is ticketed, while the rest of the festival remains free and open to all.

During the Workshop

- All required materials will be provided at the venue.

- Follow the facilitator’s instructions carefully — these are hands-on, beginner-friendly sessions.

- Please avoid talking or filming continuously during the session to maintain focus and flow.

- Each workshop has limited seating, on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Drinking water and washrooms are available at the venue.

- Our volunteer team will be present to guide and assist you throughout.
