Event Guidelines

1. Price Categories

- Each type of item (jeans, jackets, tops, etc.) has its own price category.

- Prices vary depending on the category.

2. Offer on Select Items

- The kilo sale is valid only on select items.

- Sections like premium vintage, charity closets, and export surplus are excluded and will be priced individually.

3. Cashless Preferred

- Payments accepted: UPI, cards, and other digital modes.

- If paying by cash, please carry exact change.

4. Bring Your Own Bag

- Carry your own tote/shopping bag.

- Help us stay sustainable and plastic-free.

5. Stock Availability

- First-come, first-served basis.

- Stock cannot be guaranteed throughout the event.

6. Staff Assistance Required

- All items must be weighed and checked by staff for accuracy.

7. Mixing Categories

- You may mix items (e.g., tops, jeans, jackets) in your bag.

- Final price will be calculated based on respective category prices per kilo.

8. No Hoarding or Pre-Holding

- Items left unattended in shopping bags for more than 15 minutes will be returned to racks.

9. All Sales Final

- No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

- Customers must inspect items before purchase.

10. Weight Verification

- All items must be weighed at the designated weighing station using calibrated scales.

- Customers cannot weigh items themselves.

11. No Mixing of Excluded Items

- Items from excluded sections (e.g., premium vintage, charity closets) must not be mixed with kilo sale items in weighing bags.

12. Suspension of Participation

- Anyone violating rules (e.g., mixing restricted items, exceeding limits) may be disqualified from the sale and from future events.
